Ditsch in Duisburg

Impossible unfriendly service who unfortunately does not react at all and prefers to have private conversations with friends. Unfortunately it wasn't served at all and had to take my train after 5 minutes.

Always good for a short pretzel

Either the pretzels are so hard that you cannot eat them or you can hardly bake them. The little German-speaking employee reacts rather angrily to complaints.

Unfriendly staff. The employee sprayed glass cleaner on the counter partly on the pasta. Even my daughter's eyes. Not even excused. The counter was empty. Had to wait for pretzels that were still burned

Good service and food. I like it

Very good and it is the best in the Hbf.

Pretzels, Schlemmerzungen too dry and rock hard because baked too long. The cheese completely baked through! Not to enjoy! Much less sunflower seeds on the pretzels than at other train stations! Compared to Essen Hbf. significantly worse goods because apparently prepared wrong.

Because of the asparagus pizza.

The pretzels bought today at Ditsch in Duisburg Hbf turned out when unpacking in the train as on the top of burned out large .. not only dark brown but already clearly black. If the seller does not want to have seen that while packing, he should urgently bring to the optician of his confidence .. because he obviously does not find there anymore! At any rate, being cheeky about submitting something to your customers (fortunately you do not see travelers so quickly again)

Laugenbrezel have unfortunately tasted of tuna. No idea if the employees did not wash their hands in between or how the pretzels were otherwise contaminated

The service is good and the pretzels always taste very good. I would like to buy it.

Sometimes very neglected staff (with rotten teeth and bad breath). Apparently there was a check or trouble from above, because since today gloves (as actually prescribed) have been worn during preparation. This is of little use if the same type WITHOUT gloves "sorts" the baked goods.

Fresh baked goods, especially the pretzels, taste very good, friendly staff.
